We will absolutely refer LoanPeople to everyone we encounter who is even thinking about buying a home, refinancing, or just needs more information about home buying. Our experience with LoanPeople was exceptional at every single turn. Stephanie Morgan helped us from the very beginning to the very end. And it has not ended really. Every single question we had was answered and explained so that we did not blindly walk into a mortgage we did not understand. Everyone who assisted Stephanie was really amazing as well. We felt like family the entire time. After the loan was closed, we still were asked by LoanPeople if there was anything we might need. Unbelievable service they provided. Anyone reading this, do yourself a huge favor and at least speak with LoanPeople to see the level of service you will receive. No other company can touch them. I will 1000% do business with LoanPeople again. Thank you LoanPeople for all your help!

We officially closed October 25, 2024! What an amazing experience it was working with Build Texas Team/LoanPeople! Amazing company! Amazing mortgage lender! Everyone, and I do mean EVERYONE, at LoanPeople were awesome to work with. I cannot recall a single instance where I asked a question and I did not receive an answer that same day or the very next day. Building a custom home is stressful! I don’t necessarily know that our situation was unique; however, we did have quite a bit going on…… building a home, selling a home….. it was quite a bit! LoanPeople made our lives easier by handling everything with a smile and with confidence! Not once did we ever encounter any “doubts” from LoanPeople. We are just blown away at the level of service we received! Customer service and in particular, personal customer service is a long lost art. NOT at LoanPeople. You truly feel like family with them. Stephanie and Angela were the nicest people we have ever encountered in the home lending business. If you are even considering buying a home, custom building, refinancing, PLEASE do yourself a favor and at least have a conversation with LoanPeople! You will not be disappointed! This company is the best!! We will definitely work with them in the future for possible refinancing and even investment property buying. We are hooked!
